It is important to keep your immunisations up to date no matter your age!
Our comprehensive service includes the standard childhood immunisations, pneumococcal, chickenpox, Influenza and travel vaccinations.
Immunisations are vital for preventative health. They prevent your child against childhood diseases and is essential for your child’s health and wellbeing. Our Doctor’s or nurse take your concerns seriously and will be more than happy to talk you through your options or any of your concerns.
Influenza, known as the flu is caused by a virus. It spreads from person to person through the air by talking, sneezing, coughing or by touching hands, surface or object.
Please make an appointment for your annual flu injection.
Immunisation is also important for adults. Booster doses may be required to maintain immunity from certain diseases. New vaccines have been developed over the years that were not available previously. Immunisations recommended for adults can relate to age, indigenous status, occupation, injury or illness or planning to start a family or for just your general health.
Although not all illnesses are preventable by immunisation, travellers still suffer from travel related illnesses.
